I built one and I helped my friend built the exact same one for a rex8d4 but with different tuning. Start with the stacks of wood: Chambers assembled and sub test mounted: Branded a panda on the inside even though you won't see it. I used .35 sealed and 1.000 ported after displacement tuned to 45hz. It's one of the best sounding boxes ive made.
