Phototini_xB Posted August 24, 2012 Report Posted August 24, 2012 Just read through this whole build log and really like what you've done and can't wait to see this 18 in the trunk! I have two old jugg 15's I was thinking of putting in my new Scion xB but seeing these 18's makes me almost want to upgrade. Just not sure I'll have the room without losing my back seats. Thanks for the complement. This log is about a years worth of work. In regards to yor build, There is always room, just need to figure out how to make it work to meet your goals. No problem man and I will continue to follow this build. As far as my car goes, I really need to find someone local to build me a box. I can weld and fabricate out of metal but when I try to build something out of wood it usually doesn't turn out very well. 2012 Scion xB Build- http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/150000-2012-scion-xb-temp-build/

LoudPursuit Posted August 24, 2012 Author Report Posted August 24, 2012 Lol being Canadian on an American forum is hard!!! And I know I should probably use 1 more 6" port but I want to see how this turns out. Once I have it all fiberglassed I will test it out and if there is alot of port noise I still have lots of room to add another. conceptM Posted August 24, 2012 Report Posted August 24, 2012 The dashboard came out really nice. Did you re-wrap the front after installing the double-din-radio or did it flatten out by itself over time? Nice finish on the new box! It really looks smooth as a babies bottom. I like predrilled holes to flush mount screws. Keep the good work coming! Woofer: 12" Phase Linear Aliante Limited Mids & highs: DLS Ultimate 5 1/4" Amp: Audison VRX 6.420 HU: Sony CDX-C90R
