amontoya2 Posted November 22, 2011 Report Share Posted November 22, 2011 Hifonic brutus is CEA-2006 certified. i happen to own 2 of them and the RE are close to it or maybe louder by a bit I'm actually looking for an amp to power 2.5k-3k watts. I cant really spend more over 350 though.
