still didn't say why we should steer away from 6x9's, i have been using them for years and like how they sound. i have never heard any of the round ones so please to tell so i can start planning on getting some

afaik, its because the cone isnt circular. probably has something to do with strength issues cause its not completely round. i'd vote for rockford fosgate power/punch series speakers. they sound way better than the mb quarts, polk, and infinitys (worst ones imo. way too fucking bright. ear bleeding tweeters) that ive had.

thanks, now i need to get me some. and adapt them to my doors. i would go with the fosgate

i have infinity and are more clear than pioneer and dont hurt my ear, will change brand though
