I want it to sit flush with the side panels of my vehicleyea, but your tuning would increase to around 37hz or so....b/c i would have to take some off of the depth which means i would also have to shorten the ports since i like to keep 4" ports 4 inches off of the back wall...you could just make a 'beauty panel' out of some 1/8" hardboard or something, that runs the width of 49"... i likes me some audio stuff...

andym85 Posted December 13, 2007 Author Report Posted December 13, 2007 what about using afew aero and having the ports going the the rear sides on both?idk..that MIGHT work...depends on if the inner flange would hit the subs. i know the outer flange on aeros is 7.25"...and the inside is a bit smaller, maybe 7"...i really think that would be cutting it close b/c u only have 12.5" of height on the inside...that sub is 6.5"deep and then take into that 7"flange and you are at 13.5"...just dont think you have enough height... i likes me some audio stuff...
