I'm in the middle of this hear HID retrofit as well and trying to get some osh in order (clean the garage and house) before school starts up again. I'll Post up some ideas for ya, give me a lil while, then I ogtta get back to grindin this plexi in the cold ass garage. Just takin me a coffee break. What are your max dimensions in the rear seat area? Looks like maybe 40-45 length You gotta tell me if you wanna go all the way to the roof. And the height looks like maybe 12-14" at the bottom but maybe 20-24" up top above the slant for the rear seats...? Fi Q needs 4-8cft SEALED, and 6-10 PORTED according to their site. I'd say split the diff and go for 6cft net for a sealed box and maybe 8cft net ported if it's avail. I'm pretty busy w/ doing this HID retro fit "after work" every night, I dunno how soon I'd be free to build anything but ya got me for tech support for sure. Give the box the sub is coming in a try and if it won't fit maybe a new one will be in order. On these HIDs... It "was" gonna be done by Sunday (which it has been for 2hrs and 11min as I type this) but It kinda snowballed and Looks "all for the better" cuz I figg'd out to retain the OEM headlamp adjusters... Pretty pimp IMO. I'mma be kinda proud of this one when it's done. 1st ever custom HID projector mount and I'm keepin the OEM adjusters (both axis'), stock mounting hardware, and the "from scratch" brackets are plexi at the "customers" request. I think I'mma try makin a set out of aluminum once I find time to hit up this "Blue Collar supply" place that sells building materials. <--kinda stoked. I will be workin on the laser tomorrow.. get the box in. and get the amp racks built.. XtremeSPL-SCAMMER Posted February 9, 2008 Author Report Posted February 9, 2008 gonna upload pics of the new box.. and start showin what i am doing.. now if you got back a few pages to where i was building the wall.. i am going to be useing the bottom peice of it to build my amp racks off of.. the encloser is a wall all in its own.. and no wall is needed to be built cause of the dimentions of the box which are: 45" long 34" high 21" deep so.. here are a few pics of the box that i am going to upload here in sec. and as you can tell it is a pretty massive box. The box came out of the back of a h2 hummer so.. if that kinda tells yeah anything about the size.. IM A LOW LIFE SCAMMER SO I WAS BANT....TEH HAMMA is NOT my friend
