fmedina Posted November 30, 2011 Report Share Posted November 30, 2011 then again this is one of those "if you need to ask" situation. if you dont have experience with overpowering a sub then i would recommend not giving it more than 850rms well i already had the amp thats why so i was wondering if the sa-12 could take 1000w because it was on sale and fit the budget i was in, and the main reason i heard all the good reviews on it and how it had underrated rms power get it give it a try. if it blows get a recone and try again with the problems fixed first.
