irvin productionz Posted November 30, 2011 Report Share Posted November 30, 2011 hello, im irvin, im from south texas, ive been onto car audio ever since i heard my cousins system, which were 2 15s kicker cvr, in the 2003. now im 19 my truck is a silverado 2000 4.3L as looks, i bought it the way it is, lowered, 20" boss rims, with neon lights, as of sound system, it only had the amp kit, a jvc stereo. it also had monitor in the visors this truck has had several systems, but most were when i didnt know anything my first system was just a 10" Sony Xplod on a bass tube, and the amp was a quantum 640.2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
irvin productionz Posted November 30, 2011 Author Report Share Posted November 30, 2011 my second system was a ported box for 2 10s, it was like 1.5 cubes, tuned to 40some, i was still new, but did wanted more my subs were 2 kicker comps amp was a power acoustic 1000.4 demon series, using the same 4 awg scoche amp kit then decided to use the quantum amp for the subs, and purchased some kicker 6x9s Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
irvin productionz Posted November 30, 2011 Author Report Share Posted November 30, 2011 then some time passed and wanted more, so i saved up, made a design for a new box, and made it happen as of now this is what i got 2 10" Ascendant Audio Chaos Rockford Fosgate t1500.1bd PA 1000.4 for mids and highs stinger 1/0 amp kit knu konceptz 1/0 ofc wire knu konceptz 8awg ss speaker cable 2 kicker ks 6x9 2 kicker ds 6.5 jvc headunit xs power d3400 ibar 555 singer 270a alternator this was my box design, was the first box i designed, needed to be custom so it would have the correct space in a single cab, it came out to 3.2 cubes tuned at about 31 hz was bored on the summer, so i started building it, was also the first box i built, so there are mistakes that im not aware of Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I really like your list of equipment and for some reason I'm a sucker for single cab systems! Especially after I built my little brothers. Good work dude so far... Good work dude thanks, and yea, it was a huge improvement from the sony to kicker, then a major improvement from kicker to chaos, something i did not imagine, all i need now are new speakers, still undecided between rockford or memphis or infinity, and want to wait for the new crescendo speakers to come out Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
