I personally use and like www.andysautosport.com and w/e you do, do NOT get the headlights you linked above. My friend made the mistake of getting them after I told him not to, his LED blinkers had more light output than those headlight housings. CHEVY4X4BLAZER Posted December 2, 2011 Report Share Posted December 2, 2011 Those black housings suck BIG TIME. I ordered some for my blazer. I blacked out the front end of my truck and installed those housings. With my HIDs I had next to ZERO output. I could see reflective items like stop signs and license plates. Because the ones you linked to are projector it shouldn't matter what the back color it (hence why they can be black). I'd guess the projector lenses are garbage. Be careful with eBay lights too! I bought some for my car and the build quality was SO poor. I had to dissasemble them in order to fish a loose piece out, re-seal them, and they still won't aim properly (the aiming screws just don't do anything). Very fruistrating. I have little options for my car as well, so I feel your pain.
