That's goin to be a bitch.... wouldn't it been easier to have wires pre done and comming out of sub holes... plus the direct connects make it harder... how you goin to splice into them and make connections? I use big blue wire nuts lol

i cant use wire nuts haha im not a fan but then again i cant solder them because they will be in and out all the time for testing and shit

ill probably strip them way back and black tap them then rip tie over that (black tape the fuck out of them that is) idk that shits ghetto but idk what else to do until they are in "permanently"

So green was the first layer of kitty hair bondo

this is the next huge thing that HAS to be next before anything else because without the headliner in i cant put up the 45s that seal the rear from front, the flush mounts cant get bulit the port cant get built the pillars cant go in...fuck lol so much riding on my lazy ass sanding this lol

TO DO LIST

TUNE AMPS lol

1. Sand head liner, primer and sand, paint then put stickers on

2. Get pillars in and done to hold head liner up

3. Finish 45s off box to pillars to seal it

4. Make flush mounts for front of sub box and paint them with the splatter

5. Make port

6. start adding to the angel wall and testing until it stops gaining

7. add to back wall until it stops gaining or if it gains

8. Shrink port area to see if it gains if not visa versa

9. Round over the back of port once i find out how big it does best at

10. Round outside of port once sweet spot is found

11. Test with more supports in the box

12. Resin and paint the inside of the box once all thats done

I can say with 100% certainty that there is a lot of DBs to gain off the baseline

i think thats it lol...2 months later ill have all this done haha and if i didnt mention there will be a lot of termlab usage in the next few months

I will say it makes me sick to my stomach every time i do a build at this point when im about to find out how well my design works lol it scares me lol months of my life on the line haha time will tell!!!! we will find out at some point today.

then i can start making the covers for the amps and the rear door panels to make it look decent lol

So the subs are in and the amps are working about fucking time haha

All i have to do is wire the subs up...which is a hard ass task honestly..no one to help out today and these fucks are heavy...and im too fat to fit through the port lol gotta figure something out..

I was going to do a center console like yours because idk where else to put my 8s and vcm but idk if they would allow it in meca,maybe when I'm done with meca mod5 ill do something sick to my truck.I like this build,I was going to do 6 aa havoc 15s to be different from the rest of the builds but ppl told me it won't fit/fail.now that I see urs I'm like damn,I give you props man.nice ass build,I'm stocked

i doubt it lol the reason being if i dont have a port in there so my box is like 24 cubes and i think (think) itll end up around 17.9 or so after its all said and done so i cant even use all my power.

then if you check out the to do list there is far too much other shit that makes big differences to do in there.

if its over 154 i will be happy (its a .7 db difference up here too says rusty)

Ill take a bet that theres a few dbs to gain just in fucking with the box till its right lol im not too worried about the out the gate number with no tuning honestly i have a gut feeling itll get there lol

example i had a level 5 12 and it did 138.2 out the gate ended at a 145 something on the same power all over box and orientation to cab so if i can gain 7 db in this set up i will be happy haha its doubtful that ill get 7 cause its harder to gain at these numbers but there is more to come than you see will see today when i test it later on

i have a lot more work to do lol itll get there though no matter what happens today IT WILL GET THERE

It will fit lol dont ever let people tell you it wont fit...ive been told that so many fucking times its not funny. now i will say its TIGHT but they fit lol almost had to take the rubber off to make them fit lol but with a flat head i figured it out lol

ive seen your build i think on here you are starting to work on it again right? ext cab silverado i think? alts up the ass haha
