Dont get me wrong im no newbie or anything like that. lol. Anyways, im looking for some thing that will shake the earth for a little over 700. I have a 95 subaru legacy wagon with a nice bit of room in the back, tell me what you guys think? ive been looking at a single 18" btl running off a alpine 1507. but if you guys have anything suggestions let me know. thanks. Derrick824 Posted November 21, 2007 Report Share Posted November 21, 2007 Is that $700 for just sub & amp or does that include box, wiring, HU, etc? With a $700 budget I'd stay away from a BTL. That Alpine 1507 isn't enough to power it. You'll do better with a Fi Bl 18 & a RF T1K combo. They can be had for right at $700 and I promise you that combo will pound. DWeezy3one3 Posted November 21, 2007 Author Report Share Posted November 21, 2007 (edited) well my car is already wired with 1/0 ga street wire and i have a SQ/SPL headunit im just looking for sub and amp really.... and as for the 1507 thats 3300 max / 1650 rms... i think that should power the btl pretty well.... as for box i was thinking about 8.0 cubes tuned to around 32hz.... i like it deeeeeeep and loud... tell me whatcha think. and im also looking into getting a 360. ???
