Welp buddy asked me to install a kenwood 418 in his cobalt , now it has the data harness and ive never dealt with one of these so from what im seeings is the the wires that go from car to the "databox" are just plug in, but then theres the harness that goes from the other end of the box to the headunit harness im guessing, Theres the ignition wire, 12v Left rear speaker wires, and then mute and amp wire, now i have them wired to the headunit harness, but i cant truly see if it works because the antenna adapter dosnt fit so he has to get a new one so i have an hour to learn fast, so helpers come

what aftermarket harness does he have? If he doesnt have one tell him to quit being cheap.
