lapaynem4 Posted December 12, 2011 Report Posted December 12, 2011 I have a Kinetik HC2400 in the rear of my Trailblazer and I am about to replace the front battery with an XS Power S3400. I only drive about 10 to 12 miles a day, so until the weekend comes it doesn't get much charge time. I would like to put it on a good quality charger/maintainer at night (especially now the weather is getting colder.) The Ctek US 3000 charges at 14.7 volts with 3.5 amps( 14.7 volts and 7 amps for the CTEK 7002) and both models are supposed to activate if the voltage falls below 12.9 volts. So has anyone used these and what did you think about them? I know there are better more expensive ones on the market but Ctek seems to be the best in the $100.00 or so range. Thanks in advance.
