SilveradoGoesBang
I have a few question about aero ports first off are they suppose to be the width of the port from the bottom of box to the floor say its a 6" aero keep it 6" from the bottom of box? Also what if I have to use 2 aeros but the length that I need for tuneing won't let both ports to be 6" from back wall what would I do? bassrace
Yes keep them atleast 6" from the bottom, or if it has flares keep it the diameter of the flare away from the bottom. And if one will be too long possibly make it partly external? If space allows. 145.9@40hz 145.3@34hz big 3 X2 group 34 Deka Group 31 All 0/1 awg jl meta wire Alpine CDA 7894 Orion HCCA D5000 2 AQ HDC312's Crunch gpv1100.2 (for 6.5"s only) AQ pro audio 6.5" - 3 sets AQ supertweeters - 2 sets 2000 Slamry
herbykw
http://psp-inc.com/tools.html Here is a good aero port tool. I you use a 6" port it should stop at least 6" from the opposite side of the box. If the length is too long you can elbow it or do what I do, have the port extend outside the box Damn I typed too slow 06 300C 5.7 Hemi K&N CAI JVC KW-AVX640 6.1" DVD DC Audio 3.5k 6 DC Audio 8"s 6 cubes 8" aero port at 32hrtz http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/183798-chrysler-300c-8-build/?p=2731834#entry2731834
