2 brz2400 on 2 15 l7

i have my 2 15 l7 in 10 cft @30 hz in an opel caravan (subs up port back). now looking at the excursion i notice theyre not moving much with the windows rolled down. from my old sealed box i would know its louder with the windows opened. maybe the ported box causes a big impedanz rise.

i thought to sell my current amp (steg k2.04, 2,4 kw rms) and get two hifonics brz 2400 running them at 1 ohm to get more excursion (and so loudness) from my l7s. once i saw a guy with two mtx woofers ported and they had about 3 times the excursion (above tuning freq ^^) than my l7s. he also suggested me to run more power.

does anyone have experience with running so much power into l7s?

i was running one 15l7 on a bzr2400 at 2ohms and to tell you the truth the amp was too much for the sub, now i have a noisy coil at low volumen. by the way now im running 2 at 1ohm with same amp . another thing the l7 is rated at 700 rms on a ported box
