De-cyphered it reads: I cut a wire and crimped on an end. The decision was weather to use Charmin or a corncob to wipe he chose the corn cob for a better result. The cob tends to clean off the butt hair dingle berries. Ill have to start dumpster diving for those corncobs now Good looking build so far.
