will77530 Posted December 21, 2011 Report Share Posted December 21, 2011 hey i have a new problem my amp(soundstream vir7022) goes into protect when i turn the volume 1/4 up (not the gain the volume on the head unit) i had my gains set my kingsuv using a scope a few months back i also know the my head unit (soundstream vir 7020) clips at volume 26 so i dont turn it up past 25. this is what happened when it started going into protect i had driven from sacramento to tahoe stopped at a friends house for a half hour left had it turned up for a few minutes and then it went into protect my voltage doesnt drop below 12v so i dont know what to check Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
