brandonspeed2006 Posted December 23, 2011 Report Posted December 23, 2011 Hey everyone, I'm new to the forum, just looking for some honest opinions to help me decide what I want to use to build my system that I'll be getting before too long to put in my 2007 Ford F-150 Lariat edition. So far I know I want 2 Kicker Solo-Baric L7 8"s UNDER the back seat in a box, something like this. My link If anyone knows of a better box setup, please post pics or a link. Now for my amp, I still haven't decided, I like the Hifonics Brutus amp line-up, the L7's are 900w each DVC so what RMS watt amp should I get to run those? They're 2 ohm speakers also. I'm looking to get an in-dash receiver also like this one. My link That is pretty much it, just wanted to see what everyone thinks about that setup, I'm willing to spend up to $350 on an amp so hit me up with you suggestions. alaskanzx5 Posted December 23, 2011 Report Posted December 23, 2011 well, those kickers are rated for 450rms for the amp the hifonics brz1200.1d would work just wire it at 2 ohms. t1500bdcp 2 t2d4 15" 1 t600.4 1 t400.2 1 set p1 tweets singer alt, tons of wiring, smd vm-1, 80prs, back seat delete, still in the works, aiming for a 145-147 with the ability to play 25hz up to 50hz.
