help 91 sonoma problem

i have a 91 sonoma 4.3L its been running fine up untill like the last 2 weeks or so. i went to walmart one day and i parked went in came back out and couldnt get the truck to start. it would turn over and fire then die. for about 10 mins. so i called my mom for a ride. and though well why not try again. it started up and drove fine till today i went out and tried to start it to move it and it wouldnt start. doing the same thing again. what do you guy think it could be? Also one 1 day it cut out to the point i thought it died then it ran fine the rest of the way.

edit: yes it has gas in it. about 1/2 tank

fuel pump/regulator maybe going bad

you would have to check a few more things, injectors, plugs, wires, distributor, etc

So were should i start?

But also leaning more towards fuel pump i think cause it is firing tho. So wouldnt be plug wire or anything along them lines would it?

It could be anything from the air filter to the throtle body or any sensor in between i would recommend cleaning the throtle body any sensors in betwee, might worth a try.
