96burban Posted June 28, 2013 Author Report Share Posted June 28, 2013 So we got to work in the shop these past 2 days. And must I say...I did A LOT OF WIRING!!! It might not seem like a lot....but I REDID ALL OF MY (all the wiring I have done to the car) WIRING, and fixed it to the correct way. I soldered EVERY connection in the car where I had a butt connector, scotch lock, T-tap, every one! Replaced with solder and heatshrink. And let me say that the speakers running off my head unit actually sound clearer and louder! It blew my mind!! I love it! I organized all the center console wires to go with the stock wiring so everything fit better and flowed. Took a lot of hours!! Day one I did the whole center console and day two I took out my old amp and all the crap wiring and ran new RCAS's to my amp rack. And was about to upgrade/fix my ground but I didn't have time. Anyways! Check it out! It's a lot of wires! Idk why it's like that...I don't even remember...anyways cut it off and put a new chunk of ground wire there with 2 solder points. My build 98 s10 2.2 3 american bass HD 15s with psi soft parts. (on there way here) atomic at-3000.1 (soon) 146.2 outlaw @39hz., bad alt an bad batt when termed (old 2 12" build) alpine 6.5s in doors infinty 4x6s in dash. clarion cz201 HU. mechman 240a H/O alt stuff i still need. SHCA 2/0 wire SHCA 1/0 to 2/0 adapters Atomic AT-3000.1 Lots of sound deadner new mids an highs, still debating on what to do. A few Deka g31 batts.
