The Midget Looks Into Your Soul 2008 Dodge am 3500HD with the 6.7 Cummins Race Me tuner, dpf deleted kenwood double din cheap walmart speakers for now(infinity reference comps comps coming soon) 2 kicker L5's in a ported box of unknown tuning lol(soon to be changed) Power acoustic 1500.1 on the subs (for now)

I cut a circle out and kept sanding till they barleyyyyy fit. I didn't even have to glue them but I caulked them in and I have no problems subwoofers - two eclipse 88120s box - 3.4 cubes tuned to 32 hz amps - aq1200 and pheonix gold zx450 New build : 2 obsidian audio 15s same amp 6.1 cubic foot box tuned to 32 hz in a civic hatch

Joe X Posted December 27, 2011 Report Posted December 27, 2011 Aeros can make your box smaller than using slot ports, high quality flared ones work best and usually are easier to install than a PVC pipe having screws or other means to attach them. One big advantage is that you can easily change the tuning of your box. usually are best for cleaner sound. Slot ports are cheaper since they are made of the same wood you use for the rest of the box, they need to be bigger to stay silent, since aeros come in fixed diameters and are usually straight sometimes slots are more convenient to implement.
