WTF, I never thought I'd have a conversation about cross dressers and trans-genders on a car audio forum.

well I don't have any more steel. I have the template still, but you would have to grind out a little to avoid a bolt head, which is hard to do on a template. Plus each alternator may vary unless you have a DC engineering. In the end you would have to grind a little to fit exactly. What vehicle is it for?

Haha damn that's badass lol an actual use for hood scoops. Luv it!

For battery power distribution I used blue sea fuses and this copper busbar I made from admiral metals. I polished the copper and sprayed it with storm copper coat from stormcopper.com. It's kind of hard to find at their website. You may have to google the product name and their site name.

Thank you, been looking for a coating for my buss bars. Awesome.

I didn't want my nice mirror like finish to turn, so I used it. It prevents conductivity, so you want to tape up where it's making connection for battery wiring. I used a couple thins coats so it conducts a little on the finish. tips for using it, if it looks very foggy, leave it in the sun and it will go away, if you mess with it too much with extra coats, it will run and you have to lacquer thinner the piece and respray. I redid a piece three times to figure that out lol.

Well my dad threw away the wood template I had when he cleaned a couple weeks ago. I'd have to take off my alternators and unbolt everything. It's a pain in the butt. If I had to do that, I'd charge $200 for it. I wish I had the template, that way I could charge a lot less. I could give you the overall dimensions and you could print out my pic and measure it that way.

I can do measure lol. its way to much work to take them out just for a template ..i would prob only use 2 alts so i can make adjustments to it ..no rush at all since i cant do any work due to weather for few months..any pics and dimensions is very much appreciated ...

Ok, It's late in Michigan and dark out. I should be able to get over dimensions and will post the most 2 dimensional pic I have of it. I should post the dimensions on this post in a day or so.

It was 1/4" thick. It holds up good and doesn't move. Only movement that happens is when vehicle starts, but the entire engine does that because that's what engines do when they start.
