these are ready for primer now

carpet trick for a quickie under seat box - to avoid the visible seams.

rabbet the top of the box, and the bottom of the flush baffle.

wrap the box and the flush baffle separately, then apply glue and shoot brads right through the carpet. has a nice seam all the way around.

I bent some laminate (as in counter tops) around for the curvy front edge. he wanted wavy, so that's what he got.
