Whay do one side but not do the other? mattc3366 Posted January 12, 2012 Report Share Posted January 12, 2012 I used a metal bowl and a heat gun. Just rotate the pipe while giving it a little pressure and when it gets to the amount of flare you want dump ice water down the pipe to sort of lock it and place. Wait a few mins for it to cool then lift it off the bowl. I only flared the inside of mine. I would have done the front but the bowl I used wouldn't have given me enough flare to mount it.
