dc to ac home speakers in car???

i dont think you will find good subs, i knew someone that put DJ subs on his ride and sounded very crappy. it was loud because of the horns but sounded really bad, plus i dont think DJ subs or home audio subs can take the punishment you will give them

You'd be surprised how much they can take.

When you think about it, those home/pro audio units have to provide sound for a much MUCH larger area.

EG: Take a pro or home audio system, put it in a living room and listen to how loud it is standing in there.

Now take that exact same setup, with same volume and all, and put it in a common household walk in closet and stand in it. Big difference.

That's the theory anyways.
