So, I don't wanna just have one give me the stuff..

I want to learn how to do it. Anyone wanna help me with the different types of boxes and such?

I'm using Torres box calculator and wanna know how to use it more.

Right now, Looking to build a box for 4 12" Kicker CVR

The Torres can help you design bass reflex enclosures which is one of many types, if you want to read about enclosures in a general context take a look at this:

The best way to understand what the Torres does is doing all calculations by hand once at least, the Torres as well as all other ported enclosure calculators are based on a single equation, you can read all about it on this JL Audio tutorial:
