what happens in a tie ?

it might be which ever one gets the first entry in the tie wins the tie idk sometimes that what happens when you tie up on something online. considering in a vote on the last few mins the one in the lead until someone ties that person the person in the tie that got the vote to tie up wins idk for sure but that gow some things happen
