Robert8252 Posted January 29, 2012 Report Posted January 29, 2012 You can fit any type of single din radio in the kit. And yes. The trim ring that comes with the kit is cheap and doesn't work that great. Quote 2013 F150 Crew Cab Old Build Log Feedback 2013 F150 Equipment - Some Awesome Stereo Sound Making Stuff

DavidForget Posted January 29, 2012 Author Report Posted January 29, 2012 Ok.. I receive the radio for my Birthday, Without Box or something (no cage or ring) The cage dont really work, its removed. (You need to put little metal support on the radio and the metal support dont fit on my radio, (No hole for..)i think is better for me to use the Plastic support .. i dont want to buy 20$ Cage + 7$ Ring etc... WillPwn4Food Posted February 2, 2012 Report Posted February 2, 2012 (edited) Mine was a pain in the ass to do, too. Those aftermarket radio install kits are cheap as hell. I guess that's what you get for driving a Taurus. I'm dreading the thought of ever replacing mine again -.- On a second note: Glad you figured it out. Look great.
