Which setup?

Which subs would you prefer to have for daily driving and for SPL? Right now I have the chance to either get four 18" MTs (slightly used) or two brand new 18" Solo Xs. This is going to be a loud daily driver that I will compete with (locally) too.

MT- Cost more, used, looks better, sounds better

Solo X- Cost less, new, less subs, uglier, better for SPL

For daily I would have to say MTs...just for sound quality alone.  But two Solo's would be extemely loud also and would get a lot of attention.

Damn as bad as I would like to go with the MTs for now it's looking like it's going to be the Solo Xs unless I get an "incredible" deal (comparing old pricing to new pricing) on a pair of MTs
