CortezDTV
im not sure my mind really is just sceamin 88" long but thats not exact its around 88 honestly +/- a couple inches either way would still be ok when i end up putting them together i assemble the shell with one side going towards the middle, and assemble the rat maze in the middle after too then, so its easier to work inside the box, then when i screw the final inside maze down, i silicone it in place with scrrews because i resin, paint, bondo, wood filler, them all seperate, cuz the port is 5"x10" makin it a little small for all that work if the box was completely together. One Way
THOSE LOOK SICK dude. I googled it and cant figure it out! Whats the difference between ported and t line?? haha noob question to my understanding the box is very efficent at very minimum power. and i also heard that they sound great. only down side to it is that they get HUGE and need a lot of space Edited February 20, 2012 by One Way Quote T-line build- http://www.stevemead...e-t-line-build/
CortezDTV
^^^^ exactly great for budget builds same as bandpass in the aspect as tuning to 40 doesnt mean it wont play down low without a problem Quote SCSB Santa Cruz Speaker Box Build logs: Daily Driver Lemon Marquis 2 american bass 750.1s 350.4 on 14 focal 6.5s sq 945 on 4 hertz tweeters Mystery subs http://www.stevemead...__fromsearch__1 The Mustang 'dubbed' Shirley the project from bullet holes to badass http://www.stevemead...cond-skin-time/

CortezDTV
yes the port is 5x10 the same as the sd spec of the sub, and the 5x10 port area is 88 inches long bent back and forth with the sub and port firing the same direction right next to each other, thats what helps make it so efficent, the port and sub both push forward and back at the same time im pretty sure thats how it works Quote SCSB Santa Cruz Speaker Box Build logs: Daily Driver Lemon Marquis 2 american bass 750.1s 350.4 on 14 focal 6.5s sq 945 on 4 hertz tweeters Mystery subs http://www.stevemead...__fromsearch__1 The Mustang 'dubbed' Shirley the project from bullet holes to badass http://www.stevemead...cond-skin-time/

Six
Ok, this is my Dual T-Line Design for 2 DD-508b subs. It id made to fit inside my trunk and take up nearly all the space too I have a 1999 Honda Prelude SH that I don't want to flex to death(but unlikely at this power rating and cone size), I also have very little trunk space, so I'm opting for the 2 8" subs to run at 500w or 700w at 2 ohms or 4 ohms bridged. I haven't made up my mind, but I'm leaning towards the separate 2 ohm lines, depends on the amp.
