You have with that box a F3 = 27Hz before cabin gain so it will have plenty of bottom end with that tuning.

Nos sure if you are asking fo r the net internal volume but that is listed on the spec of the design as Vb and is 3.2 cubic feet.

Review the design from Pioneer in the manual I just tuned it lower to reach the upper 20s.
