Joe X
Are those designs supposed to specific to the dd3512? It would be better if you posted your maximum dims for a box as reference and the car you intend to put that box into.

External Enclosure Parts: Front = 30 1/2 x 11 3/4 Front Internal = 29 x 11 3/4 Back = 38 x 11 3/4 Left & Right Sides: Side 1 = 27 1/2 x 11 3/4 Side 2 = 28 1/4 x 11 3/4 Top & Bottom = 38 x 29 L Port Internal Assembly Parts: Front to Back = 19 13/16 x 11 3/4 Assembles like this: Let me know any comments. 91explorer
everything looks good and fits but the Port Internal Assembly Parts. i cut the wood and the Extension = 3 x 15 1/2 is really small Quote Head unit Pioneer deh-80prs Sub Amp Highs Amp Skar audio Lp 60.4 Tweeters and Highs 2 Skar audio fsx 6.5 and 2 spx-t Subs Batteries? alt? Joe X
If it bothers you to cut such small piece of wood you can cut it longer, you will be tuned a bit lower, let me know how long you want to cut it and I will tell you how lower you will be tuned to. Just a few inches only please to prevent running into some other issue.

Joe X
If you wish you can add just a couple of inches. with some care you can just place the 3 inches part as well. Proceed as you wish and let me know, I will tell you the effects of what you did.
