2 12" level 4xls or 1 18" Level 6?

Recommended Posts

Currently got 2 12xls in a 4 cubic ft box tuned to 32. Really happy with them. Had a 15" xl before this and love the sub. Running them of a saz4500 at 2 ohms until i get some more batteries so I havent really heard them at there full potential. However there is an 18 level 6 somewhat local and am considering giving that a try...so its either the xl's or the level 6 cant have both...tough decision and would like to get some additional input/advice on which to go with. Figured some advise from people who have used both would be helpful...

The 1 18 has more cone area and probably close if not more motor force as the 2 lvl 4s

But every comparison comes with a grain of salt as it depends just as much on the enclosure and power and vehicle etc..

I've gotten a blowjob and picked up my iphone behind her back to see what email notification I got from smd before

now theres no definite answer for this but i would lean more towards the Level 6 18 just for the fact of more cone area, more potential power handling and the Level 6 is just overall a beast of a subwoofer. i never owned one (yet) but ive experienced a few set ups w 15s and 18s and a lack of impression was never a though. truly a superior woofer to many
