they are wired in series and in pairs of 3. heres a example

its supposed to be 2 ohm load. when the new amp comes should i just wire them down to 1 ohm?

little update subs are all wired up. will be at 0.7 ohms. waiting on amp now. they were at 8 ohms before (dont know how that happened lol) but that is fixed now. now im just waiting on my new brz1000D to arive then i will hook it all up. hope it works this time!

thanks guys. amp should be at the audiosavings warehouse tomorrow. new one should be shipped out saturday (if they are open saturday) if not then on monday or tuesday. im so anxious!

I would recommend mounting the amp to the back of the box. Reason being if you need to throw some groceries in your trunk, there won't be an amp on the floor taking up space. Be careful however, make sure to atleast have another piece of 3/4" MDF on the box under the amp to reduce vibrations. Or you could smiply cut out two 2" x 10" pieces and glue/screw them to the wall and then bolt the amp down to them,

temporary bass setup now in my car. it consists of hifonics brz 1200.1D amplifier and a 12" sony explode subwoofer and custom box. it sounds pretty good for what it is. gunna buy a new 12 once i sell the tangbands and build a box for that 12. also gunna change out the 6x5s and run a amp to them then my setup will be done for a while. (maybe lol) pics and video up tomorrow
