Subs, and Stereos

Hey ya'll.

I'm a new member of Steve Meade Forum, and so far im really liking it. So I got a few questions, that I really need help with i'm getting 2 Audio bahn ALUM10N 10's that are 800 RMS, I might be switching to something else like Kenwood W3013PS's. Anyways, I'm using a Hifonics Brutus 1200.1 to power the 2 10's/12's. Its going to be a Home System which ill power up with a power supply ( I got friends who did it and it sounds clean and low! No probelems what so ever). So i got this stereo, and its kind of old but it works and it has two huge speakers. And on the back there is ports for highs/lows that you connect just like a car amplifier and and AUX/Auxiliary port. Now look at these pics: http://s1161.photobu...s/q519/Beloud1/

All the pics are there of the stereo. So when i get my subs, can i somehow connect it with lows, even though its going to be amplified by a AMP? And how would i connect this beast to my computer so I can play any music from my computer to go to the Stereo system. Is there a way to do that, it has surround port and an AUX port, soo? Ill even be happy if i can just connect it to my iPod Touch. Now if you peeps can help me, i would be greatful. Thank you!! I've been on the site for like a month now but just made an account. Am i right in thinking you bassicly want that stereo with its speakers, connected to your car amplifier powering 2 subs?

If so all you have to do is just run a cable from your computers sound out to the aux in on the back of that stereo, then run an rca from the surround output on the back of the stereo to your amplifier.

Sorted, computer will send the sound to the stereo, and then the stereo will carry on the signal to your subwoofer amplifier.

Now, the stereo has a (R and L) port of the AUX. Do I need 2 aux, to go to the right and left speaker? Or how would it work.

And also, what port do i plug my sub in? If you want pm me? or msn so we can talkk there

Nope, you need to buy a cable that has an ordinary 3.5mm jack on one side and rca's on the other.

Black end goes into your computers sound out, the other two go into the aux on the back of your stereo.

Not sure what you mean by what port does your sub plug into? You just need to run an RCAfrom the two surround ports on the back of the stereo to our amplifier?

I never see when i have PM's, i keep leaving it days before i see i have one. Whereas i check topics ive posted in everytime i come on, so would probably be quicker to explain here.
