Your amp may say 3,000 watts max but don't give it credit for 2,200 just because 80+80 = 160 x 14v = 2,200. As Kranny stated you need to take into account the efficiency of your amp, which most class D are around 70-80%, however yours is probably not even close. Also, being an electrician you understand that the higher the impedance presented in the electrical circuit the less electrons will travel, in which again you have power loss(talking about box rise). You would be lucky to be getting 1,000 watts out of that amp after everything is taken into consideration. 3) 17v wtf!? But in all seriousness bro don't get all butthurt because someone questions your logic, admit when you're wrong and learn from it otherwise you won't grow. Oh P.S. square woofers!?
