jeffrm Posted March 10, 2012 Report Share Posted March 10, 2012 My truck has a stock 105amp alt on it now and I have 2 4 gauge wires running from front to back batteries(2 hc2400s). Pos+ wire goes straight from alt to back batts and ground from alt bracket to back batts. Im wondering if I should upgrade to a stock 145amp alt or a 200amp. All I have is 2 atomic quantum 15s and an atomic 1600.1 03 tahoe z71 4 death penalty 18s 2 ampere audio 3800s @ .5 each 18v 156.7 @ 35hz 158.5 @ 50hz Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
