KillaCam Posted March 12, 2012 Report Posted March 12, 2012 Use cardboard in the spaces to make a template to cut out your mdf with. Use great stuff behind that. Some people use duct tape. You can fiberglass. Lots of ways but mostly great stuff. I plan on using the great stuff, make the baffle go the entire width of the trunk. Maybe use some tape on the edges and make a panel to cover it all up. What do you mean by wall/half wall? Are you building a wall, sealing a box off from the trunk, taking the rear seats out?
