Wiring 2 batterys in back, single run of pos and neg, need help.

Should I hook the pos and neg run to the first battery or pos to first battery and neg to second battery? Also ive herd to hook the pos lead from amp to one battery and neg lead from amp to the other battery, is that correct? And do i connect the amp leads to the same terminals on the battery the pos and neg runs from the front are hooked up to?

take the pos coming off the batt from the front and hook it to the pos terminal of the second batt and then from the pos post of the second batt to the pos post of the third batt.

take the neg coming off the batt frm the front and hook it to the neg terminal of the second batt and then from the neg post of the second batt to the neg post of the third batt.

so you will have all pos connected to each other and all negs connect to each other

if you dont have enough wire.. go buy some..

alright thanks, how would i hook my amp up to the two batterys in the back? would i hook them up to the same terminals the front runs are hooked up to?

you can just take the post and neg off one of the batts in the back and run it to the post and neg of your amp.

ok i didnt know if it mattered to hook both pos and neg to one battery or to hook pos up to one battery and neg to the other battery
