running 0 awg power wire

run it along the frame best way to do! we did on friends jeep and comes up right back seat. i stop running zero threw a car unless i plan to do alot runs.

just drill a hole in the firewall and put in a grommet.

What he said^^^ this is the best way to do it. I ran my wire through a hole I cut with a core bit. Rubber grommets are cheap, find one. Don't expose your wire to all of the elements outside of the vehicle if you don't have to. It may decrease the life of your wire.

are u kidding me. the wire has coating for reason. it wont even effect it at all. i ran wire for years under car and never had issue and to me lot easier. some cars cant put zero gauge threw the car cuz the plastic on it don't go back.

Not I'm not "kidding" you. Wire inside of a car will last MUCH longer and take MUCH less(if any) abuse that wire exposed to elements. I live in AZ, and wouldn't even consider running my length of power wire under my vehicle. Rubber dry rots here in no time at all.
