Spl-Zx2 Posted March 25, 2012 Report Share Posted March 25, 2012 So I'm building another box for my obsidians and I want to experiment a little.I've seen a lot of vids of people facing port and subs forward and I want to try that.I've also seen some facing the side of the trunk.I'd like to know which would be better for daily use and getting low.the car is an 03 escort and the amp is a crescendo bc2000d @ .5 ohm. Joe X Posted March 25, 2012 Report Share Posted March 25, 2012 Sub/port front firing or back firing is usually the best for that type of vehicle you have to try both and see which you like better, Also that amp can smoke those subs, You must know what you are doing, in any case it wont't hurt to engage the subsonic filter.
