diegoclass2010 Posted March 26, 2012 Report Share Posted March 26, 2012 i just sold an amp.. i turn off the stereo and the amp when off, and while i was disconecting it i forgot to take out the fuse, the positive power wire was still hook up and while disconecting the black one it touched the the positive 0 to 4 Gauge Power Wire Adapter, do you guys think i fried the amp? i dint re-check it because the guy had to leave... hopefuylly i dont get a call back tomorrow o_O... diegoclass2010 Posted March 26, 2012 Author Report Share Posted March 26, 2012 doubt it. it happened to me before it had my batter smoking lol good to hear that.. i asked my brother the same thing he said he had a cheap amp and while driving, the negative got losse and touch the positive wire he dint have fuses and the red wire got on fire and had to pull over to disconect them, he said that at the end of the day the amp still worked ... so felling a little better Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
