CleanSierra
not sure how many people feel the same as me, but I will give ANY sub 1k clean and feel comfortable. Um, I gave my subs twice rms and softparts went after 1 year. Coils were still pretty, but 1K to any sub(clean or not) is not a good recommendation. It's like saying, 12 sq in of port for ANY sub is perfect. okay, maybe not ANY sub, i wouldnt give a sony or dual 1k. But i ran 1k to a P3 for about 8 months, never had a problem. A P3 is rated at 600 already, so 1000 isn't quite double. I wouldn't throw 1K at a sub less than 500WRMS rating. Quote Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you. CleanSierra
Fosgate is a better choice if it's the Constant Power model(CP). It will run rated at 2 ohms OR 1 ohm. The Kicker will only go to 2 ohms safely. Maybe 2 Crescendo BC2000s? Quote Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.
stroupe79
AQ2200 is another option I have run subs on over 3x RMS without a problem..not saying all subs can take a beating like that.. but I have heard these subs..and think that they will take 1k without a problem as long as its good/clean power Quote http://www.stevemead...cherokee-build/ 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Alpine CDE-hd148bt Alpine PKG-RSE2 PRV Audio (4) 6MB200 front/rear doors PRV Audio (4) TW350Ti dash/rear doors Kicker KX350.4 Obsidian Audio (1) 18 D4 v2 revamp (2) Stereo Integrity HT 18d2DC Audio 1.2k5.25ft^3 tuned @34hz revamp Infinite Baffle Cpillar AudioTechnix 60mil deadenerKnuKonceptz & SkyHigh wire (complete setup)
