Wiring 2 1ohm DVC subs to 2 linked amps that are stable at 2 ohms

Hey everyone so i got a new set up i have 2 american bass hd 18's psi re-coned 2500 wrms. after frying an AB 150.1 i decided to go to 2 linked hifonics BRE2500.1D's. They are stable at 2 ohms for 5kwrms. i have been searching for the last 4 hours for my own answer and i have found some really good info but i have a show in PCB (panama city beach) this weekend and i want to make sure i get it right. If my understanding is correct i can wire them in series for a total ohm load of 4ohms then upon wiring them to the amps each amp will only see 2 ohms? so my question is is this the correct way to wire them for max rms output or does each amp need to see 1 ohm? any help would be greatly appreciated. and if you can post pics or a pain document i would appreciate it

well, the only way is to run 4 ohms unless you sell it for a dual 2 so the amps will be wired series parallel to 2 ohms . You could run below 2 ohms strapped, but i wouldn't do it, even if you have the electrical. I haven't used those amps before, so I don't know how they handle if wired at that low of an impedance strapped

you need a 2ohm final load, not 4ohm.

thats what i was afraid of guess ill just be running one amp on each sub at 2 ohms not quite what i was hoping for but i will see how it goes thanx all
