jrchevy87 Posted March 29, 2012 Report Share Posted March 29, 2012 I got my apsm 1500 hooked up at one ohm on a 8 GA wire ( I know its hella tiny but I'm waiting on ring terminals for the 1/0 wire ) and I've got the gain turned down pretty far but I know I'm getting voltage drop at the amp. I was driving for about 20 mins and the amp got real hot then went into protect.
