Need help with wiring setup

I am going to be wiring up my new gear in a week or 2 and I want to get some clarification on what the best way is to do so. I have a 2006 pusuit so the batt is in the trunk anyways. I will be replacing the stock batt with a kinetic hc 1400 that I already have and I have 2 xp 3000s I need to hook up also. I have one 270 amp alt with all 1/0 Knu, multiple runs. What is the best way to hook up these 3 batteries. Will have 2 crescendo 3500's coming in a couple of weeks. The xs power charger says to only charge the same kind of batteries in paralell so that confused me a bit if I hook the 3 in paralell. Also didnt want the batts to leech all my starting batts power. Thanks
