2008 Dodge Mega Cab

New member to the forum and my first post. I came here looking for advice on a system build I want done. As the title says, I have a 2008 Dodge Mega Cab that I want to have speakers installed behind the rear seat.

What I'm looking for is pictures of systems or advice on what I can have installed. I would like it loud, but I'm not interested in having a blow through. I don't mind loosing the cargo boxes and I'm not too concerned about having the seats recline, as I'm usually the only one in the truck.

My truck is by no means stock and I would love to go to some shows with it, but the system is definitely lacking. Any helps or suggestions would be appreciated.

There are lots of guys with trucks on here. Go to the member builds section and see what you can find.

Your truck had room for anything you want to put in there. You could easily fit a wall and 4 18s I'd say.

Maybe I should specify that I use my truck as a daily driver. I'm interested in a system that would go behind the back seat... and not take up the entire interior... lulz

Doesn't the Mega cab have a ton of space behind the rear seat though? Do you have the max dimensions? It would give us a better idea of what you're working with. I bet a pair of 15s or a set of 12s (4) would fit back there, in the right box.

So you don't want to wall it off but you want good bass? You could make a box that goes behind the seats (rear seats folded up) with 2 18's and still keep your visibility out the rear windows. Build it long and up to the window line. Make sure you fire your port up. (That's what I learned is required to make a truck loud). Subs fire forward or up. I hope this helps you.
