MIKE-2U Posted April 3, 2012 Report Share Posted April 3, 2012 I have two sa 10s on an aq 2200D. If i full tilt for awhile they do get a small smell to the after couple hlurs. Coils still golden but on some nots you can here them reaching therr limits. If thats what you want get that. MKe sure you build up your electrical because this amp does like power. Some ppl may argue saying im dping it wrong because they have a 'friend' with the same setup with a 3500 and never smells. Mhmm not here ti argue because i tuned with a dd1 and cc1 . Thr 2200 is as big as i would go on these subs IMO.
