I think that's the amount of power I'm gonna give to my SA-12s! This is so true. My truck does 159s pretty easily and to the ear it's not as loud as a gun but I remember reading in something from Kicker saying 140db was the same as a shotgun blast. I guess it's because of the frequency difference.
