Battery or Alternator? The Big Question.

Recommended Posts

Alternator, unless you don't listen with your car on. If you listen with your car off in the driveway, and use a battery charger when you are done listening, then get the batteries.

Yeah my car is always on. now i just need to save up the $$$ for that alternator.

good choice !!

here is a quick video of my car on "daily" settings ... this is single battery in trunk .. ab 1100.1 and 2 level 5 12"s ..singer 350 amp alternator ...

i got a singer alt and waiting on wires to do the big 3 ( i know not the smartest choice to put a 250 amp alt on stock 6 gauge wire) but i was dropping low as 11.3 now im at 12.4. sure to gain a good amount after the big 3

for those that might ask i had the alt put on before big 3 because my dad has the tools and volunteered to do it so i had no choice but to work on his schedule.

singer alt, tons of wiring, smd vm-1, 80prs, back seat delete, still in the works, aiming for a 145-147 with the ability to play 25hz up to 50hz.
